A home, an inn and a settlement.

With spectacular powder-soft beaches and lush tropical flora, the Abaco Islands are widely considered to be some of the most beautiful in the Bahamas. Located on Elbow Cay, just 150 miles from the Florida Coast. Where Dan built his home and hired us to develop a logo for Shangri-La.

ABACO INN
Rich with positive associations: good food, great service, clean-cut employees, and strong values.
Digging deeper we realized that it’s about the destination, not the tourist. Building on this insight we promoted the Abaco Inn for islander hoppers as never before: focusing on the people, their experiences, and all the magical locations in the Abaco Islands.

SUNSET POINT SETTLEMENT
As we ventured into positioning Sunset Point we knew that
Bahamians grow up around the water and the sun. Whether it’s looking into the sunset or the ocean, it’s where they feel most at home. To them, swimming and sunning is a way of life. Sunset Point reminds people of this, so we created a campaign encouraging people to get back in the water and sun and do what they do best – visit and live the Abacos!

During construction of the Sunset Point residences in Abaco’s White Sound peninsula, Dan Sullivan engaged Red Chair to design and develop branded materials for the new settlement. With only a few defined guidelines and renderings to work from, we created a cohesive and collection of sales materials, stationary collateral, construction site wraps, website and other branded materials.
